Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Outfitter in Barrie, Ontario to help create a world class shopping experience with legendary customer service and strong product knowledge. You will assist customers, make recommendations, and promote programs while maintaining store presentation and cleanliness.

The role requires at least some sales/service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with knowledge of outdoor products considered an asset.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.60 - $20.25
