Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join our team to deliver legendary customer service and expert product knowledge, helping every guest find the right outdoor gear and apparel.

You will assist customers in making buying decisions, promote company programs and promotions, maintain store presentation, resolve issues with good judgment, and support other areas as needed while showcasing a passion for the outdoors.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset.

Starting Pay Rate

$18.25 - $20.25
