Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join our Calgary-area team. You will provide legendary customer service, help customers identify needs, and recommend products to fit their interests in outdoor lifestyle gear.

You will promote store programs, maintain visual presentation, restock, and resolve issues with sound judgment. The role requires enthusiasm for outdoor trends and the ability to assist in multiple store areas as needed.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Ability to use good judgment and logic.
• Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset.

• Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyle.
