Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every patient.
• Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear styling.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper frame fitting and adjustments.
• Explain lens technologies, coatings, and eyewear options in an easy-to-understand way.
• Process eyewear orders and coordinate with optical labs and suppliers.
• Manage optical sales, follow-ups, repairs, adjustments, and warranty needs.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-presented optical area.
• Work closely with optometrists and the rest of the team to provide seamless patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace.
