Under the supervision of the Director of Research and Development, the Optical Systems Specialist will participate in the entire product lifecycle—from development to production—as well as in maintaining current products. They will also help develop customized systems and will work closely with specialists from other technical disciplines and project managers.

As An Optical Systems Specialist, You Will

• Contribute to the development of new products and features
• Collaborate with the R&D team and external suppliers
• Conduct technology watch activities
• Work with the production team to bring new products into production
• Develop innovative intellectual property
• Support the production and customer service teams
• Adapt products to specific customer needs
• Participate in project planning
• Help define testing plans

• Degree in Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in optics: Cameras, Lenses, Lasers
• Experience with multidisciplinary project execution
• Project management experience
• System engineering experience
