Responsibilities

• Support and resolve issues related to business applications for end-users
• Collaborate with departments to align application systems with business needs
• Customize and configure systems in partnership with internal and external teams
• Develop and deliver end-user training programs
• Assist with application updates, maintenance, documentation, and monitoring
• Participate in IT projects as assigned, managing tasks effectively

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, information-seeking, and problem-solving abilities
• Updated knowledge of business applications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience supporting business applications or help desk roles
• At least 2 years of experience with CRM or ERP solutions, particularly in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales administration
• Certifications or experience in IT Service Management, Project Management, CRM solutions, or Business Information Systems are assets
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel to remote locations and provide support outside standard hours as needed
