Job summary

HOYA Vision Group is seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to optimize inventory, planning, and analytics for HOYA Vision Canada and global partners. You will work with ERP systems, develop Power BI dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions to improve service levels and working capital.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain analytics, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and collaboration with IT and business teams. Hybrid work and Ontario location support are available.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or analytics.
• Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Experience with Python, Power Query, or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs and inventory health.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning with business priorities.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting and analytics.
• Assist in continuous improvement of inventory planning and operations.
