Job summary

Innovative Beauty Group in Mississauga, Canada, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, liaising between suppliers, customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. You will manage orders, logistics, inventory, invoicing, production planning alignment and data dashboards.

The role emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and customer focus, with exposure to Power BI/Tableau and NetSuite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience
2+ years in Order Management, O2C, or Supply Chain Operations
Strong knowledge of inventory, demand planning, procurement, logistics
Familiar with production scheduling and forecasting review
Comfortable with dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking
Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a strong asset
Experience with NetSuite/Oracle or similar is a plus
International logistics experience is an asset

Responsibilities

Own order-to-cash processes including order processing, logistics, inventory, and invoicing
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to meet client expectations
Review production plans with manufacturing to meet forecasts
Support global trade, tax, and shipping program documentation
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (KPIs like OTIF, inventory)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Finance and S&OP
Identify process gaps and implement improvements
Maintain external customer portal information
