HealthOne is redefining eye care in the heart of downtown Toronto! We're looking for a passionate Optical Sales Associate to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a 5-start experience at all times.
  • Expertly guide clients through the frame selection process as well as provide education on lens and eye care products within your scope.
  • Assist optometrists with pre-testing and efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing & payment, data entry, etc.
  • Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures and participating in goal achievement.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients' experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
  • Strong client service skills, solid work ethic, impeccable organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
  • Self starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings, based on business needs

Nice to Have

  • Experience using a CRM / EMR, specifically Optosys software
  • Proven interest in eyecare, fashion or other relevant industry
