Job summary

Sanofi in Toronto, ON seeks a Manager Formulation, Filling and Inspection to lead the FFIP project within Manufacturing & Supply. You will provide technical GMP support, supervise off-shift operations and drive qualification activities for Formulation, Filling and Inspection processes.

The role combines hands-on process expertise with people management, ensuring timely completion of project tasks, documentation, and training.

Qualifications

• Specific degree, duration of experience (0–3 years)
• Strong independent/Self Driven worker
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support qualification and validation activities for Formulation, Filling and Inspection, including SAT, IOQ, and thermal validation.
• Develop visual inspection test sets and associated documentation.
• Develop On-the-Job (OTJ) training modules.
• Train inspection operators for updated container presentations related to the project.
• Qualification of automated inspection systems for syringe and vial inspection.
• Qualification and management of sterile processes for rinsing, autoclaving, and filling machine parts.
