Job description

As a skilled Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in bringing our construction projects to life, working collaboratively with a talented team. If you're ready to take your carpentry skills to the next level, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Rough Carpentry – Perform rough carpentry tasks such as building foundations, installing floor beams, and framing walls and roofs, ensuring all structures are stable and meet project specifications.
• Finish Carpentry – Execute finish carpentry tasks, including installing doors, molding, stairs, and other detailed elements, ensuring high craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• General Carpentry – Complete general carpentry tasks such as assembling materials, repairing structures, and performing maintenance across various job sites.
• Safety & Team Collaboration – Carry out all carpentry tasks with a focus on safety, following site protocols and collaborating effectively with team members to meet deadlines.
• Blueprint Reading & Compliance – Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with building codes and accurate execution of tasks.

Qualifications

• Education – High School Diploma or GED; Trade Certification or equivalent relevant experience in carpentry is preferred.
• Experience – Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is a plus.
• Certifications – None required, but Trade Certification in carpentry is preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills – Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry techniques; strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations; ability to read blueprints; excellent teamwork and communication skills; high attention to detail and safety awareness.
