FYidoctors-Delta is hiring a Customer Service Agent (Specialist, Solutions Centre) for our Delta Ophthalmic Laboratory. You will support 400 clinics and stores with courteous, knowledgeable service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to ensure positive experiences across the FYihealth group.

This full-time, on-site role at the Delta Lab on Annacis Island requires teamwork, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years customer service or optical experience preferred.
• Basic CRM and Lab Management Software knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional clinic and store support via telephone, email, and CRM.
• Respond to inquiries and issues with timely, effective solutions and follow-up.
• Manage queues and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with accurate order validation and data entry in the lab system.
• Communicate updates and delays to clinics and stores proactively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Lab products and services.
• Support orderly processing and timely delivery of orders to patients.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
