Armtec Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor in Tillsonburg, Ontario, to lead the production team and drive safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and supports, coaches, and develops staff in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily plant operations, monitor equipment, train employees, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure customer needs are met safely and efficiently.
• Support and motivate production team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development to employees in areas such as production processes, safety practices, quality standards, and record keeping.
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality to ensure operational excellence.
• Complete daily production reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and communicate equipment issues or material requirements to the appropriate departments.
• Promote and uphold all company health and safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: Starting at $70,000

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys supporting teams, solving problems, and driving operational success? At Armtec, we're looking for a Shift Supervisor to help lead our production team and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily plant operations while supporting, coaching, and developing production team members. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience coaching and developing employees to improve performance and productivity.
• Post-secondary education in a related trade or technical field is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of HDPE manufacturing processes is an asset, but we encourage candidates with transferable manufacturing experience to apply.
