Job summary

Armtec Inc. in Tillsonburg, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our HDPE manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment, including extruders, conveyors and grinders, while following all safety policies. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and a commitment to minimizing downtime and improving reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production and facility equipment across multiple systems.
• Diagnose and repair extruders, conveyors, grinders and forklifts.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.
