Job summary

Kennametal in Canada is hiring an Entry Operator in manufacturing to support production on rotating shifts. The role requires physical fitness, adherence to safety and process standards, and willingness to advance to higher skill levels.

The candidate must be able to work Monday to Friday, with rotating biweekly shift changes and occasional Saturday work as needed. Training and progression opportunities are provided.

Operator Mfg Entry - Canada

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM- 3:30 PM and Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM- 1:30 AM.

Candidate will need to be available to work both shifts (rotating biweekly).

Basic Qualifications For Production Operator

• Physically fit with high school diploma or extensive manufacturing experience
• Must be able to work all required shift rotations.
• Must enroll in the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
• The successful candidate must be available to work, as needed, on Saturdays, and all shifts.
• The successful applicant will be expected to progress to higher skill levels in a reasonable period of time.
