Job description

Permanent, full-time, Rotating shifts, 24 hours

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely once trained
• Assist machine operators and production staff as needed
• Meet daily production targets
• Load, unload, lift, and move raw materials and finished products
• Prepare products for shipping manually or with equipment if trained
• Inspect, sort, and package products
• Complete required paperwork electronically or on paper
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset
• Ability to read a tape measure (standard and metric)
• Basic understanding of fractions, decimals, and metric conversions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Grade 12 education or related experience preferred
