Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 1, Bakery to join our Ancaster team. You will support essential production tasks across packaging, material handling, boiler operations, and tote management to ensure efficient workflow and food‑quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to pass a clear criminal background check (or has received a pardon).

Responsibilities

• Support production workflow by packaging, material handling, boiler, and tote‑management tasks.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas in alignment with GMPs and food‑safety standards.
• Assist machine operators and support continuous line efficiency across assigned areas.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and perform routine checks to maintain product quality.
• Accurately complete required production documentation and communicate effectively with Leads and Supervisors.
• Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and readiness to assist in multiple production tasks.
• Respond quickly to equipment or process issues and elevate concerns as needed.

About the Role
