R360 Environmental Solutions Canada is seeking an Operator for the West Edson TRD facility. This role runs on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule with 12-hour days and nights, requiring strong communication and safety focus in a high-demand environment.
The position involves waste treatment operations, oil treatment, water injection, and routine plant checks, with outside exposure and physically demanding conditions. Pre-employment testing is required.

We are currently looking for an Operator at our West Edson TRD facility located approximately 12km west of Edson. This role will work a shift of 7 days on and 7 days off, each day consisting of 12 hours working dayshifts and nightshifts. These shifts are 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am respectively. There will be a significant amount of time spent outside and exposed to the elements as well. This position does not provide camp/accommodations or transportation.
The Operator position is responsible for the day-to-day safe and customer service-oriented operations of waste treatment, oil treatment and water injection. The Operator will be in constant contact with customers and therefore, must demonstrate excellent communications skills and a high level of customer service. As this is a safety-sensitive role and due to the nature of working conditions, the Operator is required to be mentally and physically fit to successfully perform the tasks and responsibilities of this role.
