Job summary

Ryse Solutions is seeking a highly analytical, organized, and execution-focused leader to manage and improve the company's business operating systems, transformation initiatives, process governance framework, and performance reporting infrastructure for a 2 year contract.

This newly created position will serve as the organizational owner of business operations, workflow optimization, data standards, AI and automation initiatives, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong business operations, transformation, and process-improvement experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing organization-wide process or system changes.
• Experience owning business requirements, process design, user adoption, governance, and benefits realization for technology-enabled initiatives.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, operational reporting, KPIs, and management insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Ryse's operational processes and systems.
• Establish governance and standard operating procedures across functions.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, duplication, and manual work; redesign for scalability.
• Drive standardization, role clarity, and consistency across departments.
• Measure productivity, control, and reporting improvements; lead change efforts.
