Maple Lodge Farms is seeking an Operations Trainer, Plant 6, reporting to the Plant Supervisor. The role focuses on monitoring staff performance and supporting employee training to drive continuous improvement.
The position is on-site, with a Monday–Friday shift from 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm. Candidates should have 2+ years in the meat/poultry industry and strong knowledge of food safety standards.

Reporting to the Tray Pack Manager, the Operations Trainer, Plant 6 will be responsible for working closely with the Plant Supervisor(s) with respect to monitoring Operations staff performance, supporting the department in employee training and performance improvement.
