Gateway Services in Surrey, BC, is seeking an Operational Team Member to support pet aftercare operations. No prior industry experience required; we provide full training to help you succeed. You will work as part of a caring team to ensure dignified handling of animals and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with pick-ups/deliveries using a company vehicle when needed.
