Gateway Services is seeking an Operational Team Member to support families during their time of loss. You will help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity and attention to detail, while collaborating with a supportive team for veterinary partners and pet families.

No previous industry experience is required; Gateway Services provides comprehensive training and development opportunities, with an emphasis on compassion and quality work.

• No prior industry experience required; full training provided.
• Hands-on, physical work with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with dependable, punctual work habits.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
