Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an Operational Team Member in Sherbrooke, Canada, to ensure dignified handling of cremation remains and to support our veterinary partners and families with care and respect.

You will operate cremation equipment, perform packing and memorial product creation, and participate in quality checks, all while maintaining a safe, efficient workplace and collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• Hands-on, physical work required.
• Able to stand, walk and lift during shift.
• Dependable and punctual with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
