Job summary

PreCon Precast Limited, part of the OSCO Construction Group, is seeking an organized Operations & Systems Analyst to support reporting, work order management, and cross‑functional project coordination in Woodstock, Ontario.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, IT, Purchasing and Finance to implement process improvements, maintain data integrity across JD Edwards, MES and PPS, and develop ad hoc analytics to drive better business decisions.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing analytics is asset.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
• Experience with workforce management software is asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly labour reports for Production and Construction operations.
• Manage hardware work orders, including setup, tracking, labour hour allocation, and closure.
• Support the administration and ongoing enhancement of the Maintenance App and related maintenance processes.
• Assist with the implementation and support of business systems and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide user support and training for JD Edwards (JDE).
• Supporting operations on MES and PPS systems and data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT on projects, system improvements and operational initiatives.
