Job summary

Sobeys is seeking an Analyst Systems Support to join our Mississauga team. This full-time role focuses on business systems analysis, data reporting, and process improvements across Real Estate and Construction applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years experience in solutions and databases; VBA/macros, SQL, Power Automate.
• 2–3 years’ experience with Tableau, Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Tango real estate solutions planning software experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of database management and processes is an asset.
• Advanced development with macros, workflow creation, and process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in project teams and deliver solutions on time.
• Experience with Technical Solution Mapping, Development, and Implementation.
• Strong analytical, oral communication, and technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and propose technical solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards from SAP, SQL, Tango and other data sources.
• Support Real Estate & Construction applications in SDLC projects.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors for implementations.
• Create automated workflows to minimize manual touch points.
• Educate teams on technical solutions and analytics.
• Troubleshoot vendor PO and invoice issues with Tango and SAP.
• Prepare executive data pulls and ad hoc requests.
• Liaise with IT and external vendors to plan upgrades.
