The challenge:
Take charge of various operational activities and administrative tasks related to the unit's business processes. Since the team is frequently required to travel, act as resource person for the unit's operations. Assist the team in preparing various documents: correspondence, charts, activity reports, summaries, visual presentations, etc. Ensure production and/or expedition of the unit's periodic and ad hoc lists. Compile activities related to DID outreach (data compilation, production of graphics and brochures, etc.). Participate in logistical organization for various types of events (invitations and follow-up, promotional materials, reservations and travel, etc.). Apply professional rigour in monitoring follow-up to administrative processes, including signatures required for various documents (templates, agreements, mandates, list of financial cooperatives and branches, etc.). Collect evidence related to annual commitments for DID internal audits. Take part in drawing up and introducing procedures to improve the unit's productivity.
