Job summary

You will supervise, organize and control production activities, coordinate maintenance of automated equipment, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive work environment and strong team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and control production activities in order to achieve performance objectives
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and optimization of automated industrial equipment
• Work closely with the maintenance team to monitor interventions
• Effectively manage the plant's human and material resources
• Ensure compliance with production and finishing priorities.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and maintenance projects
• Promote and ensure health and safety in the workplace by acting as an ambassador for best practices
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members
• Foster a positive work environment and harmonious relationships
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, standards, and methods
