Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Canada is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a diverse frontline team, drive safety, and optimize warehouse operations across our network. You will coach and develop staff, uphold health and safety standards, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1+ years of lead/supervisor logistics experience; strong planning and organizational skills are preferred to support our national operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ years of operations lead/supervisor/management experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates, coaching and supporting the team.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide regular reports to management, and drive improvements.
• Promote open communication and collaboration across leadership and frontline staff.
