Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Supervisor who is a values-based leader supporting operational execution and store readiness.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned, and drives efficiency in day-to-day store operations. Key responsibilities include executing shipments, replenishment, stock organization, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring cleanliness, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage shipments, replenishment and inventory.

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
