Frontline Supervisor - FedEx Express

This is an interview position plus CEV.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a frontline supervisor to support the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture. The role involves managing day-to-day sort operations and overseeing Cargo Handlers (CH) within a station. Responsibilities include leading employees in proper package handling, routing, and recovery of potential service failures, ensuring compliance with FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• College degree
• 2 years of FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly experience, or 2 years supervisory experience in a related industry
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Preferred: EXCEL Leadership Development Stream
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Ability to complete all necessary training, including DG certification
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a team
• Effective prioritization and delegation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
