Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly invites you to join a fast-paced warehouse team focused on safety, accuracy, and timely deliveries. This role supports shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality checks.

You will help plan routes, coordinate driver bookings, supervise staff, and respond to incidents with professionalism. A collaborative environment offers growth opportunities, insurance, RRSP benefits, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Responsibilities

• Safety audits and hazard checks to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management, including quality checks on returns
• Generate route plans and send optimization emails to the Optimization team; coordinate driver bookings
• Prepare daily reports and logs, audit PODs, and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Lead and coach warehouse staff and drivers, address delivery issues promptly, maintain high service standards

Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain

Core Duties:

• Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team. Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks. Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization. Respond to emergencies as required.
• Cleaning, general housekeeping
• Operations and Logistics Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management. and package dispatching process. Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process. Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs. Generate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team. Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loading Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests. Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).
• Reporting and Administration Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports. Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.). Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaison Complete daily timesheets and submit to the Station Manager. Perform data entry as needed.
• Team leadership and Customer service Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs Prepare and monitor performance reports (on‑time deliveries, exceptions, etc.). Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires. Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly. Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction. Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance as required, including discipline where appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned
