We're Hiring: Operations Supervisor – Gas Transportation

Location: Prince George, BC (preferred)

️ Safety Sensitive Role

Workrise is looking for a Operations Supervisor to support the safe and reliable delivery of gas transportation projects. This role connects Operations and Project teams—ensuring designs are practical, safe, and ready for long-term use.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as Operator in Charge, coordinating with utilities, field crews, and internal teams.
• Support project planning, design, and execution with a focus on safety and operations.
• Lead operational readiness, commissioning, and handover efforts.
• Identify and manage operational risks and resource needs.
• Guide field staff involved in project delivery.

What You Bring:

• 5–10 years of operations or maintenance experience in the natural gas industry.
• Technical background: Red Seal Electrician, Electrical Technologist (ASTTBC), or Electrical Engineer (EGBC) with Class A FSR.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline/compression systems and gas industry standards.
• Proven ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Westcoast Operations and station equipment.
• Background in field leadership and commissioning.
• Familiarity with Management of Change, training, and handover best practices.

This role requires some travel (~20%) and regular field visits to pipeline and compressor station sites.
