TF Truckload & Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead daily trucking, yard and warehouse operations. You will supervise drivers, dispatchers, yard staff, and warehouse teams to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective movement of materials.

You will optimize fleet utilization, coordinate maintenance, manage budgets and oversee regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trucking, transportation, yard or warehouse operations.
• Experience with pipe transportation and/or over-dimension loads.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), electronic logging devices (ELDs), and warehouse or inventory systems.
• Proven leadership experience supervising operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, fleet operations, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing operational budgets and performance targets.
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) is an asset.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong operational expertise, the ability to lead multiple teams, and experience in specialized transportation, including pipe hauling and over‑dimensional loads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience managing operational budgets and performance targets

• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) is considered an asset
