Job summary

Intelcom in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management while ensuring safety and compliance. You will coordinate driver bookings, plan routes, and monitor daily performance with the team.

Responsibilities

• Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.
• Generate the next day's route plan and send optimization emails to the team.
• Conduct IDC/Driver check-ins/outs, loading/unloading trailers.
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs; complete daily reports.
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.

Salary Range

$48,125.00 - $60,156.50 .

Core Duties :

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
• Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
• Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Respond to emergencies as required .

Cleaning, general housekeeping

Operations and Logistics

• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• and package dispatching process.
• Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.
• Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.
• Generate the next day's route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.
• Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loading
• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).

Reporting and Administration

• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports.
• Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.).
• Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaison
• Complete daily timesheets and submit to the Station Manager.
• Perform data entry as needed.

T eam leadership and Customer service

• Assign daily tasks to staff , monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Prepare and monitor performance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.).
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance as required , including discipline where appropriate .

Other duties as assigned

Work Environment : Fast-paced warehouse setting with shift-based schedules.
