Harry Rosen Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Toronto store team. You will handle sales support, POS transactions, and customer inquiries with a focus on relationship-based service.

The role covers cash handling, loss prevention, and light logistics to ensure accurate fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-facing roles, strong communication, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in retail or service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with policies and procedures; a proactive approach to service.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at the service desk.
• Process a variety of transactions accurately at the POS and assist customers with inquiries.
• Assist with ordering, fulfillment, and returns; support BOPIS where applicable.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliation while ensuring loss-prevention practices.
• Support logistics tasks, including packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service desk and customer areas.
