Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide tactical and strategic assistance to clinics to optimize their schedules, staffing, and workflows.
  2. Scheduling Management:
    • Maximize clinic productivity by maintaining full schedules, managing cancellations, and identifying booking opportunities.
    • Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure effective pre-booking, overdue appointment management, and same-day adjustments.
  3. Capacity Planning:
    • Forecast staffing needs and develop optimized schedules to handle both short-term and long-term demands.
    • Assist clinics in addressing labor needs and ensure FTE counts align with operational goals.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Work with senior management to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinic operations.
    • Motivate clinic teams and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  6. Compliance & Audits:
    • Conduct clinic audits to ensure compliance with operating standards and approved policies.
    • Support clinics in achieving occupational health and safety requirements.

    • Partner with Marketing to drive patient engagement campaigns and maintain strong clinic branding.
    • Support clinics in delivering a seamless, patient-focused experience across all touchpoints.
  8. Supply & Financial Management:
