Job summary

FMI Group is seeking a Shift Manager at its KFC location in Canada. The role focuses on delivering a top-tier guest experience while leading a fast-paced team, managing cash, inventory, and daily operations to uphold quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, multitasking ability, and a passion for creating a fun, safe, and high-performing restaurant environment. Flexibility to work weekends and nights is required.

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction
• Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
• Managing financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance
• Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies
• Training and developing Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Addressing in-store issues and communicating plans to the team
• Ensuring all staff are following health, safety and security codes
