OssKin Ortho Inc. in Montreal is seeking an hands-on operations leader who will own production, systems, customer experience, and projects. You’ll report to the CEO and shape an exciting growth agenda with autonomy to build scalable processes.

The role requires 3+ years in operations/management in a high-growth setting, and fluency with CRM/ERP/PM tools, plus a strong lean manufacturing mindset. A collaborative, fast-paced team awaits.

Competenze

• A degree in project management, engineering, commerce, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of operations or management experience in a high-growth company.
• Fluency with CRM, ERP, accounting platforms, PM software, and Office 365.
• Strong grasp of lean manufacturing, automation, KPIs, and performance management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making without a fixed playbook.
• Bias for action and hands-on approach.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to become the backbone of our business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have real ownership across production, systems, customer experience, special projects and people — with the autonomy to actually structure things and build something lasting. What You'll Own

What You Bring
