Qualifications

• Experience in operations, portfolio management, project controls, or project delivery in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to bring structure to complexity.
• Comfort with data, reporting, and enterprise systems such as Oracle to translate information into insight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility across the Collaborative Partnering pipeline and portfolio, from pursuit through delivery, including commitments, workload, resource demand, performance, delivery risks, and KPIs.
• Develop practical reporting, tools, and processes for resource planning, capacity forecasting, portfolio prioritization, and decision-making.
• Use Oracle and other business systems to coordinate, analyze, and communicate operational and project performance data.
• Support consistent approaches to portfolio management, project controls, auditing, reporting, and the operating model as it evolves.
• Identify opportunities from lessons learned and feedback to translate ideas into improvements.
• Provide guidance and people management support to project coordinators to strengthen operational capability across the team.
