Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, portfolio management, project controls, or project delivery in a professional services setting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data, reporting, and Oracle or similar enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, pragmatic mindset with initiative to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility across the pipeline and portfolio from pursuit through delivery, including workloads, performance, and KPIs.
• Develop reporting, tools, and processes for resource planning, capacity forecasting, and portfolio prioritization.
• Use Oracle and other systems to coordinate and communicate operational and project performance data.
• Support portfolio management, project controls, auditing, reporting, and planning as the operating model evolves.
• Translate lessons learned and data into practical improvements for the team.
• Provide guidance and people management support to project coordinators to strengthen operations.

Your Impact

• Maintain visibility across the Collaborative Partnering pipeline and portfolio, from pursuit through delivery, including commitments, workload, resource demand, performance, delivery risks, and progress against key objectives and KPIs.
• Work alongside team leadership and project leads to develop practical reporting, tools, and processes for resource planning, capacity forecasting, portfolio prioritization, and decision-making.
• Use Oracle and other business systems to coordinate, analyze, and communicate operational and project performance data.
• Support consistent approaches to portfolio management, project controls, auditing, reporting, and operational planning as the practice's operating model evolves.
• Use lessons learned, team feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and translate good ideas into practical improvements.
• Provide guidance and people management support to project coordinators to strengthen operational capability across the team.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to bring structure to complexity.
• Confidence working with data, reporting, and enterprise systems such as Oracle—or the ability to quickly develop proficiency—to translate information into meaningful insight.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work alongside and constructively challenge project leaders, team members, and leadership.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000

MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
