Job summary

Prime Hires is seeking an Operations Officer III for our client, a leading financial institution with North American presence. The role is based in Toronto with hybrid work arrangements and a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion.

Pay is $28 per hour, with standard business hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will support trade settlements, data entry, and processing activities across the bookkeeping and records systems while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary degree required.
• 1 year of banking experience required.
• 2-5 years' experience in the trade lifecycle.
• Prior experience using depositaries - CDS/DTC.
• Relevant administrative experience.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel Skills (VLOOKUP).
• Speed & accuracy of deliverables.
