Job summary

Lambton Elderly Outreach is seeking a Manager of Transportation and Lawn Services to lead transportation and lawn operations, supervise staff, and collaborate with community partners to deliver essential services for clients in need.

The role involves coordinating schedules, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with Ontario standards while driving program improvements and quality outcomes. Office-based, wage 45k–56k CAD yearly.

Qualifications

• Clean Criminal Reference Check and Vulnerable Sector Screen.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/transportation industries and related equipment.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience; health care/transport preferred.
• Experience with internal databases; AlayaCare preferred.
• Experience with seniors and individuals with disabilities; diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and reliable vehicle.
• Medical certificate with up-to-date immunizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of transportation and lawn programs, employees and volunteers.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, circle checks, and arrange vehicle repairs.
• Verify monthly entries reconciliation with billing and statistics.
• Review transportation schedules for efficiency and compliance with standards.
