Job summary

Parker Huggett is seeking an Operations Manager to lead major ICI projects across Ontario from preconstruction through handover. You will own complex, high‑value builds and mentor a team of professionals in a fast‑paced, employee‑owned environment.

You will manage risk, protect margin, coordinate stakeholders, and champion safety and quality as the pipeline grows. This is a high‑impact leadership role with real ownership.

On behalf of our client, an employee-owned national general contractor with a busy and growing Ontario Buildings group, we are searching for an Operations Manager to lead their major ICI projects across the province. This is a chance to own complex, high-value builds from preconstruction through handover, with a team that takes the work seriously and enjoys the ride.
