The role manages day-to-day operations including financial performance, resourcing, and HR. Financial duties include budgets, planning, reports, controls, and bookkeeping. The successful candidate must uphold ERA’s public reputation, represent its positions within the community, maintain strong partner relationships, and ensure a safe, equitable, and collaborative workplace.
