Louis Vuitton Toronto Yorkdale Mall (UHZ) is seeking an Operations Manager to join the team as an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Store Director in leading and mentoring the team, driving operational objectives and ensuring a premier Client experience through robust support.

You will contribute to training on operational procedures, build a positive work environment, and oversee client delivery, including communication and troubleshooting, while upholding Brand values.

Louis Vuitton Toronto Yorkdale Mall (UHZ) is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join the team.

As an Operations Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Store Director in leading and mentoring the team. You will proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members.

In this role, you will support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, as well as build a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration within the team and managers. Additionally, this role will ensure the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and leading all aspects of the client delivery process; inclusive of communication, troubleshooting and delivery support.

The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of $90-$105CAD, plus the opportunity to participate in our Retail Bonus program, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, various paid time off programs, and employee discount/perks.
