Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $127,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
The Operations Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, is a vital part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for leading and coordinating the schedule and activities concerned with production and quality control in the Huntington, WV facility. This very important leadership position is responsible for overseeing process improvement, special projects and serving as backup to the plant manager.
