Responsibilities include:

• Create and optimize operational processes
• Monitor performance metrics and improve stakeholder onboarding
• Ensure efficient platform usage by stakeholders
• Enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Customer Success on escalations
• Manage planning, systems, controls, and fiscal documentation
• Address client concerns, design solutions, and maximize satisfaction
• Work with tax calculators, country guides, and compliance
• Provide operational data and insights for strategic improvements
• Ensure smooth workflows and clear communication channels
• Track and manage escalations within operations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and healthy work environment
• Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders
• Assist with employee appraisals and monitor job contributions
• Analyze data to predict company needs, budget, and plan future spending

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in EOR, outsourcing, or client-facing HR tech
• 2-5 years experience in HR or employment law across North American jurisdictions
• Ability to develop processes and programs from scratch
• 1-3 years project management experience
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
