Job summary

Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking a operations manager to oversee daily pest control technician activities and to drive superior customer service for clients across the territory. You will direct staff across operations, service, and client care while monitoring financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control.

Travel daily within the territory to meet clients, support technicians, and collaborate with sales on business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
• Pest control management experience required
• Success in training, mentoring and coaching service professionals
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, provincial and local regulations
• Must pass pre-employment background screen
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search
