Job summary

TradeSpace, Calgary-based, is seeking an Operations & Logistics Intern to assist our logistics team on fulfillment, FF&E projects, and day-to-day warehouse operations. You’ll touch many client accounts in a live, multi-client environment.

You’ll learn end-to-end logistics, real fulfillment platforms, courier systems, and inventory software while developing practical prioritization and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or operations.
• Reliable, organized and eager to learn by doing.
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical warehouse work.
• Clear communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, and dispatch orders across client accounts.
• Support FF&E fulfillment and organization projects.
• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with member move-ins, setup, and warehouse layout changes.
• Keep inventory organized and reporting accurate.

We're looking for an Operations & Logistics Intern to work alongside our logistics team on fulfillment, FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) projects, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Ship, receive, and dispatch orders across multiple client accounts
• Support FF&E fulfillment and organization projects
• Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
• Help with member move-ins, setup, and warehouse layout changes
• Keep inventory organized and reporting accurate
