Job Title : Operations Logistics Coordinator

Full-Time : Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

We're Hiring : Operations Logistics Coordinator

Are you a highly organized multitask-er who enjoys problem-solving, staying hands-on, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to our day-to-day operations and will involve a mix of administrative, logistical, and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Sourcing – Identify and source products from suppliers efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Fleet Management – Monitor and coordinate the scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles.
• Phone Support – Answer incoming calls and assist customers and team members professionally and promptly.
• Pool Test Analysis – Interpret water test results and provide accurate input or documentation.
• Credits & Warranties – Process and follow through with supplier credits, product returns, and warranty claims.
• Occasional Deliveries – Support delivery operations as needed, ensuring accurate and timely drop-offs.
• Website Management – Assist with back-end updates, product listings, and general website maintenance.
• Accounts Receivable Support – Work alongside the A / R department to help file, track and process incoming payments.
• Courier Shipments – Prepare and organize courier shipments, including packaging and documentation.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn internal systems and back-end platforms
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record mandatory
• Previous experience in logistics, admin support, or operations is a strong asset
